Musical Theatre Companies
I currently direct the three main Musical Theatre Companies at City Academy in their annual pantomime. Previous: Beauty & The Beast and the Wizard of Oz.
Actor-Musicianship
City Academy's unique course runs for eight weeks and introduces musicians and actors to the basics of actor-musicianship culminating in a showcase.
Acting for Musical Theatre
Exploring the basic skills and unique challenges of acting in Musical Theatre. Companion workshops to the main MT Companies and Acting Through Song courses.
Audition Technique
Alongside Head of MT Abi Welford, these workshops are a chance to experience a musical theatre audition process and receive immediate feedback.
Cabaret Skills
A new course taking acting through song and stage craft to the next level, with the opportunity to develp and perform a short cabaret set in a central london venue.
As well as several years teaching secondary music, drama and English, I have also previously delivered workshops and classes for Mountview, the Bridge Theatre Training Company and the Artists’ Theatre School.
